Hi! I am an Independent Beachbody Coach.
I am 48 years old and last year I had a health scare which led me to discover a new passion: helping myself and others to make lasting changes in their lives through fitness.

With the help of Beachbody products I am completely transforming my body.

Growing up I never would have imagined that I would let myself get so unhealthy, I mean I was active. I played softball, I would ride a bike, I ran (sometimes) but I never followed a good nutrition plan. I also never bother to worry about what happens when? Both financially and fitness wise. Well I learned the hard way about both.

Now I care about what I eat. I workout regularly. I help others stay motivated. And best of all, I MAKE MONEY DOING IT! That's right. By helping others learn about BeachBody products and their using BeachBody products I make a pretty good living.
